The centerpiece of each of our enrichment programs and classes is focused on teaching educational, hands-on, culinary activities that focus on fun, health, safety, nutrition and teamwork. Because we are mobile, we can run our classes anywhere, classrooms, teacher lounges, even multipurpose rooms. As long as we have a source for electricity and there is a place for the kids to wash their hands, we'll make it work! Our classes are methodically planned out, incorporating state, national and international standards in safety, nutrition and health. The Culinary Dude is a professional educator and chef who writes meaningful lesson plans to maximize positive learning outcomes.
