Makani Kai not only performs, they teach. Various Polynesian performances including Tahitian, Hawaiian, Maori and Samoan are taught. You cannot be too old or too young to learn this beautiful artform. Makani Kai is willing to teach anyone willing to want to learn. Our Standard classes start from Ages 5 on up. Private Classes are also available for one-on-ones and small groups.

Class and Camp Schedules for Makani Kai - san Diego, CA
We are working with the provider to add schedules.
Students get to perform at least once to twice a year to showcase what they have learned. Students are also taught to create some of their own costumes, which is a significant part of the polynesian culture.
