Jana Kenney has exhibited her ceramics sculptural work all over the world. Originally from the Czech Republic, Jana earned her Masters of Ceramic Art in Prague in 1989. After relocating to France, she ran her own pottery studio in Paris for 17 years before she met her husband Douglas. She most recently was responsible for organizing and implementing a French Ceramics Exhibition at Balboa Park's Spanish Village in Gallery 21. She also currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Spanish Vilage Arts Foundation, the educational branch of Spanish Village. Jana is teaching hand building techniques at our studio to both adults and children. Below is a photo of one of Jana's pieces currently for sale in our gallery.
