The EFBA, French Education in the Bay Area summer camps are unique in the Bay Area. It is a rare opportunity for children to experience an unforgettable summer in French, with sessions happening each week from June 19th through August 4th.
Although French is the only language used during the camp, non-native speakers are welcome! Our ratio is 1 adult for 5 children, which ensures the French immersion.
Locations include San Francisco, Mountain View, Marin, Santa Rosa, and Berkeley/Oakland.

The French language is a tool for super fun activities, games and exciting encounters that will satisfy the discovery needs, leisure, creativity, imagination, and socialization of each child. Your children will become explorers, adventurers, artists and researchers in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Our camp counselors are specifically trained to make the children feel comfortable through techniques that ensure that each of them finds his/her place in the group and has a great time! The EFBA camp counselors come directly from France or other French-speaking countries. They all are BAFA-certified (Brevet d'Aptitude aux Fonctions d'Animateur) or equivalent. They are responsible, enthusiastic and have a mastery of the French language, leading the children to express themselves naturally in French. And it works!
